Rwanda Gateway is a Rwanda-based concierge and advisory service offering relocation support, property and rental introductions, vehicle hire, curated experiences and general guidance for visitors, investors and the diaspora. We are located in Kigali, Rwanda.

• You may not copy, scrape or republish our listings, photographs or written content without our written permission.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site.

Properties, rentals, vehicles, experiences, prices and availability are provided in good faith and can change without notice. Figures shown are indicative and are not an offer or a guarantee. We confirm the final details of any booking or transaction with you in writing before it goes ahead.

Our cost-of-living and investment return tools are informational estimates based on assumptions we set. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and actual results will differ. Always take independent professional advice before committing funds.

Immigration, tax and company information on this site is general guidance only. Requirements change and each case differs. Official rules are set by the Government of Rwanda and its agencies, and their decisions are final.

Where you engage us for a service, we confirm the scope, price and payment terms in writing. Deposits may be required to secure a property viewing, rental, vehicle or experience. Cancellation and refund terms are those stated in that confirmation and may also be set by the underlying supplier, owner or landlord.

Some services are delivered by independent owners, landlords, drivers, guides and partners. Where we act as an introducer or coordinator, the contract for that service is between you and the provider, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

We take reasonable care in everything we do, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from your reliance on estimates, listings or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Administrative accounts are for authorised staff only. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out under your account.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, and the courts of Rwanda have jurisdiction over any dispute.
